How it Works?

How do I book a cleaning service?
You can either book your service through our online form, or by calling our friendly team on 0434 229 733 ● 0450 745 629 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mondays to Fridays.

Upon booking and in the lead-up to your cleaning, you will receive emails including a detailed summary of your booking and the cleaner’s details.

How do I pay?
As soon as your booking is confirmed, we will email and text you the invoice and our bank details so you can pay via bank transfer

Our Cleaners

How many cleaners will come to my home?
Most standard or basic services require only one cleaner. On our Services & Pricing Page, we show the usual number of cleaners assigned per type of cleaning job. After our initial consultations, we will specify the number of cleaners to expect in our service quotation.

How will I identify my cleaner?
Before your first cleaning session, we will email you the cleaner’s details including: his/her full name, digital copy of his/her company photo ID with us, and mobile number. Even if you make a same day booking over the telephone, you will still receive verifiable identification.

Do I get the same cleaner every time?
To ensure service consistency, we make it a policy to assign the same cleaner to each client. Should you wish to change your schedule or if your cleaner needs to attend to an urgent matter on the scheduled date, we will sort things out and notify everyone concerned by email and text messages about the changes as soon as possible. We will find a suitable replacement cleaner if possible and/or necessary and send his/her details beforehand.

How do I know my cleaner can be trusted?
We take our time performing due diligence in every employment. After the evaluations, interviews and verifications with references, we make sure each potential employee has the required checks – Police Checks, NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Checks, WCC (Working with Children Check), etc.

Do you monitor a cleaner’s performance?
Yes, we do. After every scheduled cleaning, you may rate the service with a number from 1 to 5 and leave a comment. All ratings and feedback are recorded, analyzed and taken seriously. Management will respond accordingly and in a timely manner.

What if I am not happy with the service?
If for some reason you are unhappy with your service, our team will be in touch with both you and the cleaner as soon as possible, to resolve any concerns.

The cleaner will redo the tasks you are unhappy with free of charge.

Can I request a different cleaner?
Yes, you may. Please reach out to our team via phone or email. Let us know why and we will organize a replacement who will be a better fit for your family and home. And your next service will be on us!

Equipment and Cleaning Support

Will you bring your own equipment and cleaning products?
Yes, we will bring our own equipment and provide cleaning supplies for all services.

Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
All our cleaning products are eco-friendly. If you prefer your own brand of cleaning products, you may ask your cleaner to use your supplies.

I am sensitive to strong-smelling chemicals.
Please let us know of any special physical or medical condition you may have during booking so we can inform your cleaner.

Services

Should I request a deep clean for my first service?
We suggest you do if it has been more than a month since your last clean.

What tasks are included in your bond cleaning service?
Please refer to our dedicated Services and Pricing page which provides a full breakdown of what is covered per type of cleaning.

Support

How do I reschedule?
Please reschedule your service by email or a phone call at least two days or 48 hours before the scheduled day to make sure we can inform the cleaner

How do I cancel a service?
You may cancel the services at any time. If you cancel within 24 hours of a service, you may incur a small charge to your account for the lost wages for your cleaner. If we can fill their schedule, then we may be able to waive this fee

How much time should I book for?
We suggest booking the amount of time close to your budget. Please do not worry about what or how much can be done in the time you have allotted. Your cleaner will let you know what is possible to do in one session and the next. The cleaner can alternate the tasks every
other session to make sure all tasks are done, and all areas are cleaned on a regular basis.

Feedback
The more feedback we receive, the more we learn about your preferences and your needs. Your cleaner will make all the necessary adjustments to accommodate any changes or special requests.
